Allerdings sollte man unbedingt darauf achten, dass die Kennzeichnung "100'% naturrein" auf dem Etikett vermerkt ist, denn nur dann ist sichergestellt, dass es sich um ein 100% naturreines Produkt handelt.
Da jeder Mensch unterschiedlich auf die Einnahme von naturreinen Ölen reagiert, ist es empfehlenswert immer mit einer ganz geringen Dosierung zu beginnen und sich vorher eventuell ärztlich beraten zu lassen.
Natürlich eignen sich unsere Öle auch zum kochen und veredeln der Speisen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir als Hersteller aus Haftungsgründen keine Einnahmeempfehlung bzw. Dosierungsangaben geben können.
Unverträglichkeiten können unabhängig von Dosierung bei allen Produkten auftreten. Generell ist bei bekannten Allergien oder Überempfindlichkeiten, wie z.B. Asthma ein vorsichtiges "heranschnuppern" an die ätherischen Öle wichtig.
Daher besser zuerst am Duftfläschen riechen und auf keinen Fall ein Raumspray in die Luft sprühen. Wenn bei dreimaligen Einatmen/Riechen an der Flasche keine negativen Reaktionen wahrgenommen werden, kann das ätherische Öl in der Regel auch über die Duftlampe verdampft werden.
Ätherische Öle sind sehr gute Helfer. Bei nicht sachgemäßer Anwendung sind sie allerdings mit Risiken behaftet, da es sich um hochkonzentrierte Substanzen handelt.
Daher sind ätherische Öle immer verdünnt anzuwenden - in Basisöl für Massagen oder in Wasser für die Raumbeduftung.
Es ist immer empfehlenswert, sich vor der Anwendung eines Öls ausführlich zu informieren oder sich durch den Fachhändler beraten zu lassen, da einige ätherische Öle für Eleptiker, Schwangere, Kinder oder Personen mit anfälligen Organen ungeeignet oder sogar lebensgefährlich sein können.
Unsere ätherische Öle sind Konzentrate aus natürlichen Pflanzen, die eine Vielfalt an Inhaltsstoffen haben.
Einige der Inhaltsstoffe sind einzeln betrachtet gemäß der Gefahrstoffverordnung als Gefahrstoffe eingestuft, z.B. als ätzend, leicht entzündlich, umweltgefährlich….
Das Gesetz unterscheidet nicht, ob das ätherische Öl in 5 ml abgefüllt ist oder im 50 kg Fass geliefert wird.
Dies bedeutet, dass auch geringe Mengen wie 10 ml mit den Gefahrstoff-Symbolen und den Gefahren-Sätzen versehen werden müssen, auch wenn diese Mengen nicht schädlich sind.
Auch die besten ätherischen Öle verlieren ihre Wirkung wenn sie abgelaufen sind oder falsch gelagert wurden. Die Öle sind temperatur- und lichtempfindlich. Daher werden sie meistens in dunklen kleinen Glasflaschen angeboten.
Auch zu Hause sollten Sie die ätherischen Öle möglichst kühl und an einem dunklen Ort aufbewahren. die optimale Lagertemperatur liegt bei 8 - 20 Grad.
Viele Öle halten sich bei richtiger Lagerung mehrere Jahre. Rosenöl hingegen kann im Laufe der Jahre sogar noch reifen, wodurch es einen noch tieferen und weicheren Geruch bekommt.
